Animation Test with Moving Background
The animation was to be done with jointed silhouette puppets and the backgorund was to represent a swirling skyscape that was actually footage of food colouring in milk!
After a series of life drawing sessions and the discovery of Egon Sciele, I was inspired to try and draw some animals in exaggerated form. The only animal available as a life drawing model in my household was my flatmates goldfish, Fishy.

Sculpture in wire and plasticine.
I made a fake Hungarian Puli dog (Dreadlock Dog) out of wire and fabric. I then placed in in a public place (Pavillion Gardens in Brighton) and stepped back and watch the publics reaction to it. I was amazed at just how much attention it got, I even had security come out as they had received reports of a suspicious object in the gardens! Once I explained to the security guard she came and stood with me and watched for a while.
